Accounting Officer
We are looking for an experienced individual to fill the position of the Accounting Officer for Logicom Solutions Ltd.
Job Responsibilities:
- Issue invoices to customers and post vendor invoices at ERP
- Ensure all purchase invoices are within assigned project approvals and verify the completeness of all required supporting documentation
- Maintaining Payables Ledger, including payments
- Responsible for posting all company’s approved expenses
- Fixed Assets register administrator
- Month end activities (general ledger entries for accruals and prepayments)
- Employee claims review and payment
- Keep analysis for open balances of accruals and prepayments
- Performing vendor and intercompany accounts reconciliations
- General administrative accounting duties, filing etc
