The Osteopathic Health Centre: Ζητείται Clinic Receptionist (afternoon) – Λεμεσός
Our small, very professional but busy clinic is looking for a part time afternoon Clinic Receptionist. The Osteopathic Health Centre is based in Limassol. We have an amazing clientele, and our practitioners are kind and calm, making the work environment joyful and enjoyable.
Greek and English both verbal and written essential. Russian will be advantageous. Experience in similar posts preferable.
Working hours: afternoon 20-30 hours per week (to be finalised with the individual)
Main work duties will include:
- Meeting/Greeting Patients
- Answering Telephone calls
- Booking Appointments on computer program
- Data Input/Adding new Patients
- Maintaining Diary for all practitioners
- Taking Payments/Issuing receipts
- Answering emails, writing letters in English or Greek
- Preparing the room for the practitioners, tidying up disinfecting and Assisting Practitioners where necessary
- Ordering supplies
- Basic bookkeeping
