An excellent opportunity has opened with a well-established, dynamic and growing group specialised in Real Estate and hospitality all over Europe.
Candidate Responsibilities
- Ability to manage, control and maintain a smooth operation of a team
- Ability to deliver within strict timeframe
- Reconcile outgoing payments, bank accounts, foreign currency exchange differences and inter-company accounts
- Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts
- Assist in Audit Preparation of financial statements in accordance with the IFRS as adopted by the EU and Cyprus Companies Law
- Responsible for a number of companies
- Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
Candidate Profile
- Approx. 3-5 years’ minimum experience in Accounting within the Financial Services sector
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Experience working on off shore companies
- Team Player
- Self-motivated individual
- Fluent in Greek and English,
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Experience working with Tax and VAT
- Multitasking
