VPR Safe Financial Group Ltd, owner of Alvexo – an established Forex Company based in Limassol, is currently looking for an Office Administrator.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
• Greeting all visitors/guests
• Preparation of the meeting rooms
• Managing relationships with vendors and service providers
• Providing assistance to the Management Team
• Preparation of spreadsheets and reports
• Assisting with the planning of Corporate Events
• Ensuring that the filing system is kept up-to-date
• Tracking stocks of office supplies and placing orders when necessary
• Other day-to-day general administrative duties

Key requirements:

• College or University degree
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Greek and English languages is a must
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills
• Confidentiality
• Previous office administration and/or secretarial experience is considered an advantage
• Prior experience in the Forex Industry will be considered an advantage
