Occhio Group: Ζητείται Call Centre Representative – Λευκωσία
Occhio Hospitality Group are looking for a reliable, highly motivated and energetic individual to fulfill the position of Call Centre Representative.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Make relevant bookings for our customers according to their requirements.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information and provide solutions/alternatives for every issue.
- Keep records of all conversations with customers in our CRM system in a comprehensible way.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
Required Skills
- Previous experience in customer service role
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English Language
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Strong organisational and communicational skills
- Pleasant and positive personality
