Y. Skembedjis & Sons Ltd: Ζητείται Receptionist – Λεμεσός
Main duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering phone – receive and/or direct calls
- Welcoming visitors
- Maintains the filing system
- Performs other duties as assigned by Manager and assist with other daily activities that may arise
- Providing administrative support to Manager and technicians
- Sort and distribute post accordingly
- Perform offers to the customers and being responsible for follow up
Required qualifications:
- Diploma in office administration or other relevant studies
- Excellent command of English language (oral and written)
- Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills
- To be able to demonstrate problem solving ability
- Time management, ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
Salary in accordance to experience and qualifications
