Altius Mind Institute is a private practice in Nicosia that offers mental health services, looking to hire a full-time office administrator, with passion to be part of the team, which aims to help individuals suffering from mental health issues.

Job title: Office Administrator
Required Degree in Secretarial Studies, Management or other related Degree related to the job description.
Office Administrator will have the following duties:
- Operate the office during the following hours: 09:00 – 13:00 & 15:00 – 19:00
- Perform front desk/reception operations
- Communication/management of phone calls, emails, messages, social media etc
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Add appointments for psychologists to Google Calendar
- Help new patients to fill entry forms
- Management of General Healthcare System (GESY)
- Ensure office smooth and fluent operations
- Welcome patients and show them waiting area, manage who comes and who leaves
During employment, the new employee will be trained on every aspect of his/hers duties.
Office Administrator minimum requirements – prerequisites:
- Degree/diploma in Secretarial Studies, Management or other related Degree
- Excellent knowledge of both Greek & English language: oral & written
- Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Google Calendar and Social Media / Emails
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- Positive personality
