Full time

What you will do:

  • Planning managers day, putting priority for the deals
  • Control of incoming and outgoing documentation.
  • Control over the execution of the Manager’s orders (checklist)
  • Taking part in negotiations and business meetings
  • Keeping notes and other documents that formalize the progress and results of meetings, negotiations and other instructions of managers.
  • Technical assistance for the Manager (copying typing saving ect.)
  • Assistance in personal Managers tasks (tickets, bookings etc)

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • Knowledge of business correspondence
  • Knowledge of business etiquette
  • Knowledge of English, Greek, Russian  – at least intermediate, Greek will be big advantage.
  • Personal characteristics – Responsible, good manners, punctual
