What you will do:
- Planning managers day, putting priority for the deals
- Control of incoming and outgoing documentation.
- Control over the execution of the Manager’s orders (checklist)
- Taking part in negotiations and business meetings
- Keeping notes and other documents that formalize the progress and results of meetings, negotiations and other instructions of managers.
- Technical assistance for the Manager (copying typing saving ect.)
- Assistance in personal Managers tasks (tickets, bookings etc)
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Knowledge of business correspondence
- Knowledge of business etiquette
- Knowledge of English, Greek, Russian – at least intermediate, Greek will be big advantage.
- Personal characteristics – Responsible, good manners, punctual
