Job Description
Administration Officer
Responsibilities:
- Telephonist / Typist;
- Preparation of Registrar of Companies Returns;
- Preparation of Bank account opening application forms;
- General Office filing duties.
Qualifications:
- University Degree/Diploma in secretarial studies or related field;
- Accounting Basic knowledge would be an additional qualification;
- At least 2 years’ work experience in a similar position;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English;
- Familiarity with legal documents and terminology;
- Proficiency with MS Office;
- Able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines;
- Integrity and confidentiality;
- Good communication skills.
