1. Senior Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality
- Complete multiple client engagements; preparing accounting in a wide variety of industries; and manage to meet budgets and deadlines
- Participate in assigning staff and budgeting hours for accounting engagements and tracks progress of audits
- Review accounting work of subordinates upon Manager / Managing Partner instructions before submission for final review to ensure engagement compliance with the company’s quality control policies
- Work with other staff on specific assignments/secondments/special projects
- Maintain good relations/ deploy strong communication skills with subordinates, business associates and authorities during execution of duties
- Provide on the job training to subordinates to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in completing accounting engagements
- Able to perform presentations required by his/her Manager / Managing Partner
- Able to attend client meetings with the line Manager / Managing Partner and be able to follow agenda prepared by manager to fulfill client needs
- Be able to report Work in Progress at any time required by the line Manager and his/her Director
- Co-operate with Audit and Taxation Department in completion of client needs in Financial Reporting.
- Perform other job-related duties as necessary
Requirements:
- Barchelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or any other relevant field
- Master’s Degree will be considered as an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must
- Mature personality, experience working with executives, excellent judgement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English language
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding all business development goals

2. Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication and provision of business and compliance advisory services to companies operating in a regulated environment in the financial and fintech services on specific areas and related issues and preparation of reports (gaming, casino, investment firms, electronic money and payment institutions)
- Participation in ad-hoc assignments for companies operating in regulated environment (CySEC, CBC, and other regulators)
- Ensuring reporting obligations are fulfilled and regulatory reporting to competent authorities
- Ensure that operational procedures comply with industry practices, internal procedures and regulations
- Communication with competent authorities
- Assistance in the authorisation and compliance advisory services in authorizing related companies
- Performance of AML/CFT and operational health check audits and issuance of reports to the senior management and board of director of the companies
- Advisory services to fintech and companies with intellectual property
- Assistance and involvement in the due diligence and financial advisory on business transactions
- Coordination of administrative procedures for the execution of the assignments
