Seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant for the Accounting department.
Responsibilities / Job description
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Be able to place orders and contact the factories
- Arrange meetings with clients for deliveries
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
- Follow up each project stage
- Able to place orders and contact the factories
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports
Requirements
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Fluency in Greek and English language
- Filing / Paper management
- Typing / Written communication
- Microsoft Office & Excel – Computer Skills
- Outlook
- Previous experience will be an advantage
- Customer service skills
- Good Communication and Organization skills
- Self-motivated and flexible
- Attention to Detail
