3CX is looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Cyprus. You’ll be a naturally warm and welcoming person, happy to see people each day, and happy to be in the trenches answering telephone calls, taking messages, welcoming our visitors and making them a coffee. Role

This is a full time, office based role where you main responsibility is to ensure the reception is well managed. As a member of the 3CX Operations team you’ll need to be willing to work from Monday thru Friday 9am until 5.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch.

Day to Day

This position is suited to someone with experience as a receptionist or personal assistant – or to someone who can demonstrate that their previous experiences have provided them with the necessary transferable skills required for the position. Expect to find yourself doing any of the following and more:

  • Managing incoming calls.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Providing day to day administrative support as required.
  • Arranging post and messenger pick-ups.
  • Organising and maintaining office stationery supplies.
  • Obtaining quotes from contractors and suppliers.
  • Supporting the organization of Company Events.
  • Booking company travel and accommodation.

You

You won’t mind sitting at reception. You understand you’ll be the first point of contact for our flagship office in Nicosia and how important this role is. You’ll be excited at the opportunity to work in a leading international company. You’ll also have lots of these skills below:

  • Some experience in a similar position.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with a very hands on approach.
  • Ability to manage several lines of work at once.
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
  • Self managing and proactive.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language – verbal and written.
  • Greek is an advantage – but not a requirement.
