Intellectokids: Ζητείται Team Assistant – Λεμεσός

Scope of responsibilities:

* onboarding new employees (preparation of agreements, ordering equipment and welcome packs, setting up accounts for team software)

* office management (ordering supplies, timely bill payments, finding and managing contractors for office needs)

* vacation and sick leave tracking and documentation

* assistance to the Financial Controller (preparation of monthly invoices with service providers, expenses control)

* assistance to the CEO and other team matters on various matters

* travel assistance (booking air tickets and hotels, arranging for visa applications etc.)

* organization of team events (booking restaurants, hotels, logistics etc.)

* organization of online motivational activities to facilitate communication with remote employees

* Delivery of documents and presents to contragents and partners

Requirements:

* at least 2 years of experience in a similar role (Team Assistant, Assistant to HR Manager, Junior HR manager etc.)

* fluent in English, Greek and Russian

* attention to detail and meticulousness in paperwork

* Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment, willingness to work at a fast pace

* the ability to prioritize and manage your time;

* sociability and openness, the desire to communicate a lot with people on a daily basis, including explaining the need for one’s actions, defending one’s position

* literacy
