SCOPE OF JOB
Taking orders and delivering food and beverages to our customers while offering exceptional customer experience according to Company standards. Must understand the basic objectives, and standard of procedures set out by the Company while ensuring customer satisfaction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting and welcoming customers
- Taking orders and delivering them to the table timely, deftly and accurately
- Presenting menu and providing detailed information
- Understanding in detail all food and beverage menus
- Advising, making recommendations and answering customer enquiries on the menus
- Assessing and accommodating customers’ needs
- Staying guest focused and nurturing an excellent guest experience
- Ensuring compliance to Company standards policies and procedures
- Complying with all health and safety and food safety regulations and procedures
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- High school Diploma
Level of Experience
- Proven working experience as a waiter
- Experience on customer service position
Skills & Knowledge
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organizational
Personality characteristics
- Positive Attitude
- Team spirit
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work under pressure
- Hardworking
