Our construction company, based in Limassol, is looking for a new motivated team member in the position of Office Administrator.

Position: Office Administrator
Employment Type: Full-time/ Permanent
Working hours: Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30Friday: 08:00 – 14:00
Location: Limassol
Annual Leave: 21 days

Key responsibilities:

  • Basic accounting administration.
  • Reception duties and secretarial duties.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Preparation of invoices and receipts.
  • General office organization.
  • Managing office equipment and ordering supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing system, including employees’ database information, office expenses, and clients’ contracts.
  • Assist in budget tracking of projects and financial reporting as needed.
  • Assistance to the Managing Director.
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, accounting team, banks and various authorities.
  • Preparation of any required document, application, form and tender.
  • Any external task required.

Qualifications:

  • Any university diploma.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel is a must.
  • Excellent knowledge of both Greek and English language.
  • Ability to work efficiently on multiple tasks.
  • Holder of a valid driving license.
  • Friendly, professional and polite demeanor.
