IT BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER

Job Purpose:

Monitor, advise, guide and control development and upgrade of software and hardware platforms to cover effectively current and future business needs

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Ensure sustained and smooth functionality of software and hardware applications
• Perform software testing and provide software training/support to users
• Commercial activation & planning Reporting, Mapping and Analysis
• Translate business requirements to technical solutions
• Build and establish integrated working relationship between management team and software/hardware vendors
• Install and configure operating systems and software applications

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or any relevant field
• Minimum 2 years working experience
• Excellent knowledge and experience of Windows OS
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge on MS SQL databases for data extraction & maintenance
• Knowledge in Business Intelligence (ex MS Power BI) will be advantageous
• Be able to work individually and as a part of a team
• The ability to prioritize work load and meet deadlines
• Organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills are required
