We are seeking to recruit a secretary to join our team.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Administration would be considered as advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Fluent English and Greek – both written and verbal required.
- Previous experience minimum of 3 years on secretarial position.
Responsibilities
- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Typing, filing, scheduling, calendaring and record-keeping
- Provide secretarial and administration support.
- Creating and maintaining filing systems;
- Provides administrative support to a department or individual.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
- Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required.
- Printing and preparing envelopes for the clients
- Order and dispense supplies.
- Assisting with customer invoicing, customer payments-bank deposit preparation
