Main Responsibilities
- General office administration (duties)
- Collaborate and interact with other departments to ensure smooth office operation
- Responsible for processing the customer’s inquiries for quotations, following up on the respective communication
- Coordination of customer orders
Qualifications
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Computer literate (Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications)
- Excellent communication skills
- Time-management skills
- Team player
- Graphic design skills will be considered as a plus
- Event coordinator skills will be considered as a plus
