Avant Management Services Ltd is seeking to recruit an experienced and hard-working Office Administrator.
Key Duties
- Managing / booking appointments
- Managing phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
- Typing documents and reports
- Creating and maintaining filing system
- Coordinate office
Requirements
- Diploma in Secretarial studies or other relevant diploma
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar position
- Fluency in English and Greek (verbal and written)
- Computer literate
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Pleasant personality
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to take on more responsibilities
