Job Responsibilities

  • Dealing with the suppliers and handling logistics requirements
  • Processing commercial invoices and orders to clients in the system
  • Monitoring internal data
  • General administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office

Qualifications

  • High School leaving certificate
  • Pleasant personality and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Any previous experience with Purchasing will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Any basic bookkeeping knowledge will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent administration and time management skills are a must
  • Superior Excel skills are highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail
