Responsibilities:
- Preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRSs
- Perform audit engagements
- Preparation of tax computations and tax returns
- Submission of all returns to relevant authorities
- Assisting in compliance procedures with reporting requirements
- Assisting with the preparation of VAT and VIES returns where applicable
- Process payroll and ensure timely compliance
Qualifications:
- University degree or similar
- Part qualified accountant or similar qualification
Skills and experience:
- We are looking for a candidate with good character, self-motivated and able to work with others
- Fluency in Greek and English language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of auditing and audit software will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of computerized accounting software (Caseware Working Papers) will be considered an advantage
