Guest Service Agent

Aphrodite Hills Resort, Europe’s multi-awarded destination and one of the must-visit resorts in the world, is looking for a passionate candidate to join the Rentals Team (Luxury Villas and Exclusive Apartments).

If your qualifications and abilities match the points below JOIN US.

Responsibilities:

Meet and greet guests.
Escorting guests to their accommodation property and explain all the essential information.
Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge.
Respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face
Manage customers order entries.
Maintain a database that comprises customers’ details, reservation dates, and other essential information.
Manage and update guests and Tour Operator bills
Perform general administration tasks.
Works closely with all members in Front Desk and other departments.

Requirements and Qualifications:

At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service position
Excellent Communication skills
Extensive experience using MS office software

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent knowledge of English language (Russian or any other language will be considered as an advantage).
Excellent organization and strong communication skills
Be flexible with working hours.
The candidates must have driving license

5 days a week (40 hours/2 offs per week)
