Codellon Limited is providing support and auxiliary services in the areas of marketing, QA,customer and IT support.
Reports to: Financial Accounting Manager /Head of Finance
Purpose of the Role: Assisting Financial Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and recording transactions including posting month-end journal entries.
- Updating and reconciling financial ledgers
- Verifying company expenses, bank reconciliation
- Assisting in the monthly reporting is completed in accordance with the groups’ reporting timetables
- Preparing statutory accounts
- Calculating all relevant taxes including VAT, etc
- Assisting with internal and external audits as required
- Ensuring completeness and accuracy of all intercompany accounts
- Assisting with all aspects of the Company’s accounting functions including adhoc tasks when required
- Completing all tasks within the set deadlines, without compromising on quality
Desirable Skills and Abilities:
- Finance degree or qualification (or active student), or equivalent through experience
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Strong analytical and IT skills particularly in excel and 1C (version 8 or higher)
- Excellent organisational, process and time management skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Confident and conscientious manner
- Good English/or Russian written and verbal communication skills
- Methodical and logical approach to problem solving
