JOB POSITION FOR FULL EMPLOYMENT

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Limassol for an Architect. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and supervise the construction of buildings and other structures.
The Architect will be responsible for meeting with clients to establish the design brief, creating potential design solutions, producing construction drawings, and overseeing construction operations to make sure the project meets with regulations.
Furthermore, the Architect will be responsible for preparing and presenting design proposals and tender applications to clients while also making sure that all health and safety regulations are met.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• REGISTERED AT ETEK
• Professional experience as an Architect in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of architecture principles, building codes, and construction regulations
• Experience in creating and presenting design proposals and tender applications to clients
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computer-aided design (CAD) software and 3D modeling software such as Sketchup, AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships with clients and project stakeholders
• The ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with a wide range of professionals, including engineers, surveyors, and other architects.
