Legal Secretary – Nicosia
We are seeking to recruit a Legal Secretary for our law firm. The successful candidate will provide general secretarial and organization support to our law firm.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Graduate in secretarial studies (diploma) desirable
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Fluency in Greek (written and oral)
- Good working knowledge of English (fluency will be considered an advantage)
- Any additional language will be considered an asset
- Competent writing, typing and communication skills
- Driving Licence (Category B)
- Integrity of character
- Organized personality and ability to take initiative
The responsibilities of the successful candidate are the following:
- General secretarial duties
- Law firm support and organization
- Office support
- Organization/update of office and lawyers’ diaries, office index and law firm’s court files
- Archiving
- Telephone communication with clients and other law firms
- Client reception
- Undertaking of correspondence
- Keeping of minutes during meetings
- Filing of legal documents at court
- iJustice filings
