Ζητείται Waiter / Waitres (μισθός €1.300 – €1.600 gross)

Position Description:

• The Waiter is responsible for the proper and smooth service of each customer, ensuring excellent levels of service. In particular, he will welcome guests and, understanding their preferences, will make suggestions from the menu. He will remember their past choices and make sure they always feel important and welcome.

Main responsibilities:

• Receive and execute orders in a short period of time.
• Correct and continuous disk usage.
• Proper use of PDAs.
• Professional wine/champagne opening (eg tasting, decanting, corking, etc.).
• Carrying and picking up plates/glasses professionally (eg proper use of fingers and wrist).
• Application of all safety rules.
• Communication with customers / meeting individual needs.
• Management of potential complaints and their immediate elimination.

Necessary qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Waiter, ideally in a hotel environment.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (at oral level). Knowledge of a second and third foreign language will be highly valued.
• Degree in Tourism School, optional

Benefits:

• Working Days: 6 Days Per Week. (8.5 hours daily )
