Wolfgang’s Steakhouse: Ζητείται Full Time Waiter/Waitress – Λεμεσός
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests in line with Wolfgang’s Steakhouse standards
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders to tables
- Knowledgeably describe menu items and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and coordinated service
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and resolve issues as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a waiter in a fine-dining or upscale restaurant setting
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage pairings
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of wine service and bar operations is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of English
Salary is considered upon candidates experience.
