Role

We are looking for a young, enthusiastic, goal orientated Customer Service Representative to support the company’s rapid growth by servicing existing and prospective customers. You will be responsible for lending support to customer information requests, resolving operational issues, managing the CRM database, supporting marketing campaigns and managing customer sales leads.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Product and service information to existing customers
• Customer support for resolving operational issues
• Customer and Esso dealer network communication update

CRM database management

• Setting up new client accounts in CRM
• Updating client account records

Sales & Marketing support

• Managing new prospective client sales enquiries
• Supporting Marketing campaigns

Skills & Experience

• Business related degree would be an advantage although not a pre-requisite
• Demonstrated experience and success in Customer Service
• Persuasive with excellent telephone communication and interpersonal skills
• A good command of the Greek and English language – verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Computer literate – Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM
• Hard working, self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Patient, persistent and determined
• Courteous and professional
