bbf: is one of the leading and fastest-growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction, and other related services. bbf: is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a Front Desk Receptionist.

Responsibilities:

• Extend a warm and courteous welcome to visitors
• Guide guests to the appropriate individuals and offices
• Arrange for refreshments for clients
• Prepare and serve beverages in the absence of the housekeeper
• Manage incoming phone calls, screening and forwarding them as needed
• Maintain a neat and professional reception area, ensuring it’s well-equipped with essential supplies like pens, forms, and brochures
• Offer basic and precise information in person and via phone or email
• Receive, organize, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
• Handle travel arrangements and coordinate courier services
• Undertake various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing as required

Requirements:

• Holder of a high school diploma; an additional certification in MS Office is a plus
• Utilize prior work experience in roles such as Receptionist or Front Office Representative
• Strong written and verbal communication in Russian, English, and Greek languages
• Display proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Operate office equipment, including fax machines and printers, proficiently
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance
• Organizational and problem solving skills
• Prioritizing and time management expertise
• Team worker
