About the company:

Responsibilities :
• Processing incoming calls, redirecting as necessary;
• Meeting clients and visitors;
• Fulfillment of external orders (courier services, stationery stores);
• Organization of documents and archives;
• Filling out forms, applications;
• Perform administrative tasks, consulting clients on services.
Requirements :
• English, Russian, Greek are fluent (written and oral);
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office, ability to work with CRM system, email, archive;
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, teachability, activity and cheerfulness;
• The ability to work alone and in a team;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks;
• Relevant work experience in the positions of Administrator / Secretary / Office Manager.
The Terms & Conditions :
• Full time: 8:00–14:00; 15:00–18:00 (Mon–F);
