Happy Valley Veterinary Clinic and Pet Hotel is offering a permanent position of a veterinary receptionist.

Location:

Konstantinou Kavafi 9, Erimi, 4630, Limassol

Home

Languages:

• Fluency in English is necessary – the interview is in English
• Fluency in Greek

Working schedule:

• Full time job, 6 days a week
• Morning and afternoon shifts
• Permanent job
• Working during busy periods – Christmas, Easter, summer

Education

• Administration – not necessary
• Accounting – not necessary

small animal handling skills

training is provided

• Understanding small animals body language
• Understanding of small animals restraining positions
• How to lift the pet on and off the table safely
• How to put on a pet muzzle or other safety equipment’s

• How to walk small to large pets (50kg) safely
• How to enter and exit the pet’s room safely
• How to take the pet out and in the crate safely
• Confident manner around pets

Responsibilities:

We provide training during the trial period

• Willing to learn information regarding all the services we provide.

• Calls, emails
• Veterinary clinic book appointments, prepare and fill in documents, explain the services.
• Grooming – book appointments, explain the services
• Pet Hotel – show the pet hotel,check for availability, book reservations, check in and check out pets, explain the services.
• Pet shop – explain the products
• Cash register
