We are currently seeking a high-calibre and motivated individual to join our Accounting team in Nicosia.
The Role
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a broad and international client base. Responsibilities include:
- Recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate accounting entries
- Managing in-house accounting for a portfolio of international business clients
- Preparing and submitting VAT and VIES returns
- Producing management reports and financial insights
- Gaining exposure to a wide range of industries and accounting scenarios
This role offers the opportunity to develop hands-on experience across diverse client structures and expand your professional expertise in an international environment.
The Requirements
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a variety of clients.
Qualifications and skills:
- CAT / LCCI Higher in Accounting or an Associate Degree
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office and familiarity with accounting software
- Solid numerical, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and demonstrate initiative
