We Are Hiring: Education Officer (Full-Time)
Generation for Change CY is looking for a motivated Education Officer to join our team in Nicosia. This role supports the delivery of Greek- and English-language programs for migrants and refugees, as well as the implementation of educational activities within EU-funded projects.
The position can begin at any time between May and the first week of June 2026, depending on the candidate’s availability.
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: €1,500-€1,680 (gross) + 13th salary

a) Deliver Greek and/or English classes to migrant and refugee youth and adults.
b) Support education programs and EU-funded projects, including workshops and learning materials.
c) Assist in coordinating educators, activities, and community outreach.
Key requirements:
I) Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Humanities, or related field
II) Experience in teaching Greek and/or English
III) Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups
Desirable qualifications include:
A) Master’s degree in Teaching Greek/English as a Second Language or related field
B) Experience working with migrant or refugee communities
C) Familiarity with non-formal education and learner-centered approaches
