Ideal Insurance, one of the most recognized insurance agencies in our country, is looking for a dynamic person for the position of Operations Officer of its Limassol office.

If you have experience in the insurance industry and sales, this position is for you.

Main Responsibilities

• Office Support: Manage daily administrative processes, appointments, correspondence, and customer data.

• Sales of Insurance Products: Developing a customer base, serving customers and promoting insurance solutions.

• Customer Service: Telephone, electronic, and face-to-face communication with customers.

• Office Operations Support: Coordinate workflows and support teams for maximum efficiency.

• Participation in Marketing Actions: Support social media and promotion campaigns.

Required Qualifications

• Certificate of SUMP or experience in an Insurance Office or Insurance Company

• Excellent knowledge of Greek & English

• Good use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Professionalism, team spirit and responsibility

• Previous experience in sales or in the insurance/finance sector

• Clean Criminal Record

• Certificate of Non-Bankruptcy

Additional Qualifications (Desired, not required)

• Knowledge of the Russian language

• University degree (of any field)

• Experience in CRM (ideally Dynamics 365)

• Basic knowledge of accounting
