Cosmos Tobacco Trading Ltd: Ζητείται IT Support Technician – Λευκωσία
- Oversee network infrastructure: routers, switches, firewalls, etc. Ensure availability, performance, and security.
- Manage servers: install, configure, and maintain OS and software applications.
- Provide technical support to end-users: troubleshoot hardware/software issues, assist with setup, resolve connectivity problems promptly.
- Implement security measures: protect IT assets from cyber threats (malware, viruses, unauthorized access). Update antivirus, enforce security policies, conduct audits.
- Maintain backup/disaster recovery plans: safeguard critical data, ensure business continuity during system failures/disasters.
- Collaborate with IT staff and departmental managers: assess tech needs, plan for growth, recommend infrastructure upgrades/enhancements.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, troubleshooting steps. Provide user training on effective and secure IT system usage.
- Coordinate with external vendors/service providers: IT procurement, support, maintenance agreements. Evaluate vendor proposals, ensure compliance with SLAs.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in any information technology related subject.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite, Active directory, GPOs, and Windows Servers.
Considered a Plus:
- Familiarity with mSales (Salesforce) and Galaxy (ERP) systems will be considered a plus.
- Adequate knowledge of relational database systems.
- Proficient in English language will be considered a plus.
- 1 – 2 years of experience will be considered a plus.
