IdeaSeven: Ζητείται Office & Client Support Coordinator – Λάρνακα

A highly organized, proactive and reliable team player who can keep our office running smoothly, support our clients professionally, and assist our technical team with day-to-day coordination. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly, and isn’t afraid to take ownership.

What you will be doing:

Office Management – Front Desk

  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming client communication
  • Manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth working environment
  • Oversee renewals, subscriptions, utilities and service providers / suppliers
  • Handle basic accounting tasks (invoices, receipts, payments tracking) and liaise with external accountants/auditors – no specialized accounting skills required
  • Maintain internal documentation, records and files up to date

Client Support

  • Provide basic, first-level technical support (training will be provided)
  • Log issues, follow up, and ensure timely resolution by the technical team
  • Maintain a professional tone and high responsiveness across all channels

Team Support

  • Help maintain and update company software tools – CRM, ticketing, internal apps (training will be provided)
  • Support management with administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests
  • Facilitate intra-team communication

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written & spoken, Greek and English)
  • Experience with technology and willingness to learn new tools
  • Understanding of office administration and record-keeping
  • Professional, reliable, and service-oriented mindset

Good to have (but teachable on-the-job)

  • Experience with CRMs
  • Prior experience in a small office or customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with invoicing or simple accounting processes
