Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Assistant based in Paphos Municipality. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for:
- Bank account reconciliation
- Management of company’s inflows and outflows
- Reporting directly to the Director of the Company
- Communication with Accountants, Auditors and other stakeholders of the company
- Cashflow, PnL preparation
- Forecast and projection of future cashflow. Budget preparation
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing and managing Financial Statements and Bookkeeping
- Experience with Accounting Software
- Familiarity with Accounting and Finance principles
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Fluency in English language. Greek and Russian languages will be considered as an advantage
