Our law firm is seeking to recruit a Junior Corporate Administrator to join our team and to report directly to the Corporate Services Manager and Managing Partner of the firm.

The role entails the following responsibilities:

• Perform all corporate services functions and procedures in relation to the designated portfolio of companies, including the drafting, reviewing and preparing of all relevant forms and documentation.
• Liaise with clients, governmental offices, Companies Registry, banks (in Cyprus and abroad), intermediaries and other interested parties to ensure client instructions are performed efficiently and accurately, and deal with all types of KYC and other corporate services software.
• Assume responsibility of the onboarding process of clients including, but not limited to, basic legal and tax structuring, ensuring proper monitoring of client transactions and activities, handling client complaints.
• Provide excellent customer service by dealing with clients’ requests timely and accurately.
• Maintain relevant up-to-date knowledge, and a clear understanding and application of applicable legislation, processes and firm policies.

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Εxperience in a similar position in a corporate services provider, accounting or law firm.
• Familiarity with corporate/legal documents and terminology.
• Knowledge of the workings of the Companies Registry.
• Knowledge of the relevant BVI and Belize Business Companies Acts and ancillary legislation.
• Excellent command (verbal and written) of the English language.
