We’re Hiring – Architect (ETEK Registered) | Limassol
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Type: Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: €2,000 – €2,500 (based on experience)
We are seeking a licensed Architect (ETEK) to join our dynamic team in Limassol. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-quality residential and commercial projects while being rewarded with an attractive salary package.

Responsibilities:
• Design and prepare drawings for urban planning & building permits
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants & local authorities
• Ensure compliance with Cyprus regulations & EPC requirements
• Supervise works on-site when needed
• Collaborate closely with the development team to meet timelines
Requirements:
• Valid ETEK License (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture
• 3+ years of professional experience (Cyprus experience preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit (or similar)
• Strong knowledge of local building codes & municipal procedures
• Excellent communication in Greek & English
• Availability to start immediately
