St. Chara Developers Ltd, a leading construction and real estate development company in Cyprus, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator / Executive Secretary to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail to play a vital role in supporting senior management and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and senior management.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, both internal and external.
- Prepare, proofread, and translate (Greek ↔ English) correspondence, reports, contracts, and other business documents.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Maintain accurate filing systems (physical and digital), ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Liaise with clients, partners, suppliers, and government authorities when required.
- Organise travel arrangements, itineraries, and related logistics.
- Monitor office supplies and oversee general office administration to ensure a well-functioning workplace.
- Support in the preparation of presentations, project documentation, and company reports.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- University degree or diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience).
- Proven experience in an Office Administration or Executive Secretary role, ideally within construction, real estate, or related industries.
- Fluency in both Greek and English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with document management systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and discreet manner.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- High degree of confidentiality, integrity, and reliability.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
