We are seeking a highly organised, motivated, and bilingual (Greek/English) professional to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote our projects and increase brand visibility.
• Identify potential clients, nurture leads, and manage relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Prepare, present, and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective buyers and investors.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and print advertising.
• Maintain and update client databases and sales records accurately.
• Collaborate with the internal team, including design, construction, and management, to ensure client expectations are met.
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Greek and English (spoken, written, and reading). Third language is considered an advantage.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to meeting targets.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Professional, polished presentation and negotiation skills.
