Fidescorp Ltd, a leading provider of corporate, accounting, audit and advisory services, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-0riented Regulatory Associate to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

You will be part of a growing Regulatory Department, supporting a range of local and international clients with compliance, licensing, and regulatory advisory services. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong interest in regulatory frameworks and financial services to grow professionally within a respected and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation and submission of license applications (e.g. EMIs, IFs, AIFs) to
  regulatory authorities

• Monitoring regulatory developments and advising clients accordingly

• Drafting and reviewing compliance policies, procedures, and manuals

• Supporting clients with AML, GDPR, risk management obligations, internal audits

• Preparing reports, client memos and regulatory filings

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting or a related field

• 4-6 years of experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory role (experience in a consulting firm will be considered an advantage)

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Fluency in English and Greek (verbal and written)

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
