Artwork Coordinator

IAAC is an organization exclusively dedicated to Airport Advertising – we can help Advertisers target consumers via bespoke campaigns in high dwell locations throughout the airport.

We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Artwork Coordinator to join our team in Nicosia.

The Role

• The person to be appointed will report to the Operations Manager – Airports Division.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the booking system & create sales orders according to client contracts
• Manage all procedures regarding installation and uploading of clients’ artworks
• Perform weekly and monthly audits to ensure seamless contract execution
• Responsible for the Media Maps & Specifications for the advertising locations
• Manage CRM systems and other programs used by the company
• Serve as liaison between collaborators, sales, airports & company
• Support the internal business operations as well as the sales team and improve the quality of service, cost effectiveness and business development
• Follow company policies and procedures of each department

Job Requirements

• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Written and verbal communication skills in Greek/English
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of SAP will be considered as an advantage.
• Ability to work as a team
• Set priorities and respect tight deadlines.
