Rental Agent
Avis Budget Rent A Car is currently looking to recruit a Rental Agent to join our team in Paphos airport desk. The Rental Agent will be
responsible for assisting customers with renting cars, managing reservations and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage rental reservations and ensure accuracy of information.
- Assist customers with rental car selection.
- Explain rental policies, terms and conditions to customers.
- Process rental agreements and collect payments.
- Provide directions and answer customer’s questions.
- Upsell additional products and services as appropriate.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized rental desk area
Requirements
- Excellent command of the English language, other languages is a plus.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively. - Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work a flexible days and hours.
