- Perform general day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks to maintain an efficient sales department.
- Manage communication with our network, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and providing necessary assistance.
- Act as a liaison between various departments to facilitate sales-related processes, ensuring timely delivery of information and services.
- Assist the sales team with various administrative duties, including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining records.
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to post-sales follow-ups (including coordination with banks and other governmental departments).
- Prepare accurate and insightful reports on sales activities, performance, and key metrics to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Assist with marketing activities, social media management and digital advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and prioritize deadlines for executing sales-related tasks, ensuring all responsibilities are met promptly and efficiently.
- Fluent in both Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Additional language proficiency is considered an advantage.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or related field.
- A team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with banking procedures and government regulations related to real estate.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
