Hanadjias Homes is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to the design and development of modern residential projects that combine functionality, aesthetics and long-term value.
Qualifications & Skills
- University degree in Architecture
- Registered member of ETEK
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
- Very good knowledge of 3D design software
- Excellent command of Greek and English
- Strong organisational skills
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Professional and positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings for planning and building permit applications
- Create and present interior and exterior architectural designs
- Develop 3D architectural models and visualisations
- Prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings
- Supervise and monitor construction sites
