About the Role:

We are seeking for motivated Real Estate Agents to join our expanding Larnaca operations. The Real Estate Agents will be responsible for guiding buyers and sellers through the Cyprus property market, conducting property viewings, and closing high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and presenting properties to potential buyers.

Organizing and leading property viewings.

Understanding client requirements and offering tailored property solutions.

Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and industry partners.

Requirements:

•Fluent in Greek and English.

•Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

•Proactive, organised and a target-driven mindset.

•Valid Cyprus driving license.

*Experience in sales or in the property industry will be considered an advantage.

About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic, fast-paced Rental Agent to join our Larnaca team. The Rental Agent will be responsible for managing the entire rental lifecycle, matching prospective tenants with residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to rental inquiries promptly and scheduling property viewings for prospective tenants.

Advertising available rental properties across various platforms and social media channels.

Maintaining regular communication with landlords, providing regular market updates and property feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate rentals, property management, or customer service.

• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with a high sense of urgency.

• Fluent in English language

• Valid Cyprus driving license
