Mylonas Law: Ζητείται Corporate Administrator – Λεμεσός
Mylonas Law is seeking to recruit a motivated and highly organised Junior Corporate Administrator to join its Corporate team in Limassol.
Previous experience in corporate administration is not required. The successful candidate will receive practical, hands-on training and will be given the opportunity to develop professionally in the field of Cyprus corporate administration and corporate services, working alongside experienced legal professionals.
The role will gradually involve company incorporations and ongoing administration, Registrar of Companies procedures and filings, maintenance of statutory records, preparation of corporate documentation, KYC and client due diligence procedures, UBO filings, legalisation of documents, and communication with clients, authorities and professional advisers.
We are particularly interested in recent graduates and candidates at the beginning of their professional career, with an academic background in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or another relevant discipline.
The successful candidate should have an excellent command of Greek and English, strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, discretion and a genuine willingness to learn and develop.
