Operations Manager
Duties – Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the entire production process, from planning to completion
- Ensuring production goals are met while maintaining quality standards
- Managing production schedules and resource allocation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes
- Monitoring production costs and implementing cost-saving strategies
- Implementing safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment
- Training and developing production staff
- Analysing production data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements for recruitment:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineering or Operations Management
- Previous experience in production or manufacturing management is required
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in production planning and resource allocation
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards
