RE/MAX Cyprus is seeking an organized, proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Regional Administrator.

The successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination for the administrative function of the network, working closely with the Regional Operations Manager and office administrators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate the administrative function across all RE/MAX Cyprus offices.

  • Train, mentor and support Office Administrators.

  • Ensure consistency in procedures, documentation, systems, organize meetings and filing.

  • Prepare reports for the Regional Owner.

  • Prepare Contracts for New Franchises.

  • Coordinate onboarding and training of new administrative staff.

  • Provide support and guidance on CRM and internal systems.

  • Monitor compliance with company procedures and standards.

  • Assist in maintaining business continuity and providing support during periods of absence or increased workload.

  • Work closely with the Regional Operations Manager and other senior members to enhance efficiency and support the continued growth of the network.

Requirements

 What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in administration, office management or operations.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

  • Leadership mindset and willingness to support and develop others.

  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

  • Experience in the real estate sector will be considered an advantage.

  • Strong sense of integrity, accountability and confidentiality.

  • Greek and English Fluency (written and verbal) is a must.
